If you’re aiming to enhance your capabilities for strategic leadership and management positions, this course equips individuals with the expertise to make autonomous decisions at a high level within business settings, utilizing initiative and judgment to strategically plan and execute a variety of leadership and management functions across diverse contexts.

• Location: Gold Coast, Brisbane, Sydney, Perth, Darwin, Melbourne, Adelaide, Sydney, Tasmania

• Intake & Duration: The course offers monthly intakes based on location, with a flexible course duration ranging from 12 to 18 months.

• Outcome: The course equips individuals with the knowledge and skills for various strategic leadership and management roles, including residential care worker, community health worker, relationship educator, volunteer coordinator, migrant community worker, tenants advisory worker, case manager, and family support worker.

• Requirements:

  • Applicants are required to demonstrate English proficiency with a minimum score of IELTS 5.5 or equivalent in TOEFL, PTE, OET, or other recognized English language tests, and also fulfill the Literacy, Language, Numeracy (LLN) test requirements administered by Salford College*.

  • Applicants must hold at least a Year 12 equivalent qualification to Australian standards, or possess a Certificate level qualification from Australia, or have relevant work experience and background to meet the academic requirements.
